This studio is building its public portfolio. Detailed case studies — problem, constraints, decisions and measured results — are prepared per project and published only after client sign-off. No invented logos, testimonials or performance numbers appear on this site.

Study 01 — Architecture practice

Northline Studio

Problem: An editorial portfolio has to make large images feel intentional without destroying load time on mobile.
Approach: A typographic index with year and typology filters, image-led case studies and a fixed reading measure. No carousel, no full-screen takeover.
Under the hood: Next.js App Router, responsive image pipeline, structural metadata for project filtering.

Study 02 — Outdoor goods store

Kite & Coast

Problem: A theme-based store could not express the collection structure or stay fast with a large catalogue.
Approach: Headless storefront for browsing and merchandising, native WooCommerce for cart, payment and orders. Variant selection stays on one page.
Under the hood: Next.js front end, WPGraphQL content, WooCommerce checkout, cache-tagged collection pages.

Study 03 — Service operations

Field Ops

Problem: Scheduling lived in spreadsheets, so nobody trusted the current state of a job.
Approach: Role-based job board with a readable audit trail, offline-tolerant forms and a single status vocabulary.
Under the hood: Typed API layer, role permissions, optimistic updates with server reconciliation.
