Process
No mystery. Just a sequence that works.
Four stages, each with a clear output and a clear decision. You always know what is happening this week and what is waiting on you.

30 minutes
Discovery call
We talk about the business goal, the audience, what exists today and what is fixed. No deck, no pitch — just enough to know whether the project is a fit and what it roughly takes.
- You bring
- Context, current site, examples you like, constraints.
- We deliver
- An honest read on scope, risk and whether we are the right studio.

Written scope
A short document covering deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, milestones and a fixed price. Anything uncertain is written as an open question, not hidden in an estimate.

Questions
How long does a website take?
A focused marketing site usually runs three to six weeks from approved scope. Larger platforms and stores take longer. The schedule is confirmed in writing before work starts.
What do you need from me?
A decision-maker who can approve work, content or someone who can write it, brand assets if they exist, and access to domain and hosting. That is usually the whole list.
How do payments work?
Typically a deposit to start and the balance at agreed milestones. Invoices and currency are confirmed in the scope document.
Do you work with clients in other time zones?
Yes. Overlap hours are agreed up front, and written updates replace the need for daily meetings.
